Diversity Awareness
HudsonMann has partnered with The Diversity Training Group (DTG) to provide the highest quality diversity training. DTG’s workshops are custom-designed, highly interactive and knowledge-based. DTG provides a “diversity skill kit or tool kit” for participants to equip them in dealing with conflict, diversity issues and related emerging conflict.
Too much diversity training in the marketplace is awareness-based and does not go far enough in helping and preparing participants to deal with the everyday trials and tribulations of working and managing in an increasingly diverse workplace and marketplace.
